Egg Muffins


 Healthy, quick breakfast, or an afternoon snack. Protein packed, great for pre-workout, too.

~ Egg Muffins ~

  • dozen eggs (I used duck eggs)
  • cheese of your choice
  • salt and pepper


Mix eggs, cheese, salt and pepper. Fill wax paper muffin liners 1/2 full of egg mixture. Bake at 350F until slightly golden brown on top. Allow to cool, and enjoy!


 Fresh and warm, straight from the oven.

It didn't take long for the kids to find them, and start devouring them!
