A Slithery Post ~
I don't know about you, but snakes scare the living daylights out of me! I detest the sight of them..you may be questioning my sanity if I'm posting pictures of one. I cannot answer that question, as I do not know myself. When I come up with an answer to that one, trust me, you'll be the first to know.
I found him stretched out in the middle of the road, as I was taking my evening walk. While jogging back to the house I happened to see him, and just missed stepping on him. He's lucky he didn't become a flat snake.
Carolina, volunteered to hold him while I tried to take pictures of him..and yelping if she got him too close to me.

Had a rather close encounter with a snake myself recently, only it was a copperhead. I'm not afraid of snakes, but I do kill them, whether they're bad or not, because my sisters hate 'em. ;)
ReplyDeleteYikes! Momma will only let us kill rattlesnakes. If it was up to me, they would all get lead poisoning!
