Gluten Free: Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Who doesn't love pizza, right? But, nobody likes all the carbs that come in the form of that good 'ole chewy, delicious crust, right? What if there was a super yummy, simple, quick, healthy, low carb pizza crust? Then we could have pizza more often, right? Of course right! What if I told you there was such a thing? Well there is! Grab yourself an apron and head to the kitchen!

Gluten Free: Cauliflower Pizza Crust

 Makes 4 individual pizzas
  •  2 eggs
  •  2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups riced cauliflower (grate the raw cauliflower on a cheese grater or in a food processor)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil

  • Pizza Toppings:
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (1/4 cup per pizza)
  • more cheese
  • other toppings of your choice
Bake at 350F until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Add toppings, then slide it back in the oven for a minute or two.

  1. Hey, Aspen! I see you got your blog up! :) This recipe sounds yummy, I should give it a try- poor Dad misses out on pizza since he has gone his Gluten Free Diet. He might like this! Thanks for sharing.

  2. Hey, Des! Yes I did. The first time I made this we went to a party, and everyone loved it. I've also made pizza crust using spinach, and the guys LOVED it. Going to experiment using broccoli, zucchini, and other veggies.

Let me know if you try it.
